Tech Lead

IQVIA seeks a Service Tech Lead in Warsaw to maintain data warehousing and business intelligence solutions while overseeing development activities. The role involves working with pharmaceutical clients across EMEA to deliver analytics implementations and optimize their use of IQVIA's technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in teams solving complex technical issues and implementing enhancements
• Review and analyze client requirements to propose cost-effective solutions
• Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations
• Manage work streams, assign tasks, and drive completion while ensuring client satisfaction
• Develop expertise in technology solutions and trends within pharmaceutical and healthcare markets

Requirements

• MSc in Computer Science, Electronics, or related technical discipline
• 3+ years consulting or services delivery experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare
• Strong expertise in analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence domains
• Proficiency with technologies such as Exasol, AWS, Oracle, Hadoop, SQL Server, or Snowflake
• Solid project management and client relationship building skills
• Fluent in Polish and English with excellent presentation abilities
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
