For our client we are looking for a candidate for the position of Recruiter with language.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Lead job briefing and postings
- Manage pipelines and support CRM activities within ATS
- Ensure data enrichment and accuracy/completeness for inbound, rediscovery & talent pool prioritization
- Source & screen for candidates
- Publish job ads through relevant sourcing channels (internal and external) and monitor quality and visibility
- Screen (CV and First Qualification Call)
- Perform Interviews and manage talent pools
- Schedule interviews with Human Manager
- Provide feedback for candidates
- Execute recruitment administration (offers, background checks)
- Follow up on candidate documentation and onboarding steps in coordination with HRBPs
- Apprentice & Intern administration: intern support, apprentice administration
- Ensure data consistency across systems
- Consolidate data and perform KPI follow-up to produce TA reports
- 2-5 years of experience – previous experience in high volume recruitments in agency, retail, shared service centers or multinational companies
- English – C1 and another European language required (Spanish, Garman, Italian, Dutch – B1+/B2)
- Data analysis skills
- Knowledge of HR tools and processes
- Prioritization skills
- Customer service skills
- Employment contract directly with the company (initial 3-month contract, subsequent indefinite-term contract)
