About the project, We seek a Junior IT Users Support Specialist with a passion for IT support and a willingness to grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring a technical background in:, , •Networking (TCP/IP, network configuration, hardware concepts), •ITIL4 and ITSM methodologies, •Tools: DameWare Remote Support, Active Directory, Windows PowerShell, Citrix Director 7, Ghost Solution, Total Commander

Your responsibilities, Providing technical support for bank employees as part of the Service Desk team., Configuring, installing, and managing IT hardware and handling requests via ServiceNow and phone., Serving as the first point of contact (SPOC IT) for bank employees., Supporting the transition to a new standard of workstations as part of the NTD project.

1-2 years of experience in IT support or related roles, Knowledge of ServiceNow for incident, service request, and CMDB management, Strong understanding of Windows and macOS systems, including UI, functionality, and configuration, Proficiency in MS Office suite, Citrix environments, and Active Directory user and resource management, Ability to configure and support mobile devices (Android/iOS), Basic programming logic and ability to write simple scripts, Communicative English (minimum B1 level)
