For my client, a Polish software house operating in the technology sector, I am looking for a Project Manager . The company delivers high-quality digital solutions for corporate clients, focusing on process excellence and modern technologies. The team is dynamic and professional, and they are now expanding with this key role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle - from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to closing - ensuring on-time, budget-adherent, high-quality delivery.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.

• Create and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Communicate status updates, risks, issues, and achievements to both internal teams and clients.

• Manage and motivate cross-functional teams; assign tasks and provide support.

• Identify and mitigate project risks; adapt plans as needed.

• Facilitate meetings and project reviews; conduct retrospectives.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business or related field (Master’s or PMP/PRINCE2 preferred).

• Proven track record in managing software development projects end-to-end.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and project financial reporting.
