Your responsibilities

• Drafting and updating of the internal regulations and intervening to transpose the BFF Banking Group’s guidelines, the recommendations of control functions (Audit, Compliance, Risk Management), Financial Reporting Officer as well and the amendments to the reference legislation;
• Ensuring compliance with Group standards and compliance with the internal regulation;
• Cooperation with the organizational units of BFF Banking Group during the drafting, verifying and approving process of the internal regulations;
• Taking care of the internal publication of all company’s internal regulations;
• Supporting the organizational units, Financial Reporting Officer and control functions (Audit, Compliance, Risk Management) in optimization of the processes with the purpose of improving operating efficiency and mitigating operational risks.

Our requirements

• Higher education (preferred graduates of Law, Administration);
• Min. 2 year’s professional experience in a similar position in an international organization (experience in a bank or a financial institution will be considered an asset) will be an asset;
• Organizational analysis skills, as well as process mapping and corporation procedures drafting;
• Advanced knowledge of English – obligatory;
• Communication and analytical thinking skills;
• Thoroughness and good work organization.
