About the project

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with CSM expertise to join a Customer Service Management project delivered for our client, a global pharmaceutical company.

Your responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements
• Develop and maintain workflows, case management processes, and platform enhancements
• Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP services
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Agile delivery teams
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
• Ensure solution quality and adherence to development standards and best practices

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization
• Proficiency in JavaScript
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API-based development
• Familiarity with Service Portal Administration
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Professional proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment
