The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities within a designated area (EMEA), ensuring their efficiency and compliance with applicable standards. The position is intended for individuals with experience in complex industrial or manufacturing environments.

Job Description

• Development and execution of regional (EMEA) engineering and operations strategy
• Implementation of modern technological and digital solutions across designated sites
• Data analysis and monitoring of process performance (KPIs)
• Coordination of activities across production, quality, and maintenance functions

• Budget management and initiation of initiatives to improve operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

• Higher education degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering, manufacturing, mechanics, or a related discipline)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or in process optimization
• Knowledge of automation and process digitalization
• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions
• Very good command of English (C1)
• Willingness to travel frequently internationally
• Ability to manage projects and work in a complex environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different levels of the organization
