Join Our Team as a Production Operator

Our facility is located in Nieuwkuijk, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Mixing Ingredients: Follow specific recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Dough Preparation: Create the dough used for our delicious cookies.

What We Offer

• Competitive Hourly Rate: €17.33 gross/hour (base rate of €16.05 gross/hour + vacation allowance of at least 8% based on regular hours).
• Shift Premiums:
  • Weekdays: 18:00 - 03:00 (38% extra), 03:00 - 06:30 (39% extra).
  • Saturdays: 07:30 - 15:00 (50% extra), 15:00 - 22:00 (83% extra).
  • Sundays: 22:00 - 24:00 (110% extra).
• Stable Employment: Legal work based on a Dutch contract.
• Weekly Payments: Direct transfers to your currency account in Poland.
• Access to Online Platform: Easily view documents such as contracts and pay slips.
• Transparent Weekly Summaries: Clear breakdown of hours worked and costs.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Good command of English or Dutch.
• Driver's License: Category B is a plus.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in varying schedules.
• Experience: Previous bakery experience is preferred.
• Heat Resistance: Ability to work in high-temperature environments.
