Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly tax account reconciliations in BlackLine, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues; coordinate with relevant teams
- Post journal entries in SAP (corrections, reclasses, write-offs) following approval workflows
- Monitor aging and ensure timely clearance; escalate any SLA breaches
- Ensure reconciliations meet internal control and audit requirements
- Support month-end close and validate tax balances
- Maintain SOPs and train/support junior team members
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Track basic KPIs and provide updates to the manager
- At least 2 years of working experience in GL accounting / General Accounting in SSC/GBS
- English - B2/C1
- Microsoft Excel - advanced
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other accounting software/tools
- Familiarity with indirect, direct tax, WHT and other taxes
- Experience in SOX and audit support
- Polish language skills
- Office located in GDAŃSK - hybrid 3 days per week from the office
