Recruitment for

For Our Client - expanding investment fund we are seeking for Technical Project Manager. Crucial position when it comes to maintaenance of properties and new projects in the portfolio.

Your responsibilities

• Supervising property managers and technical service providers
• Controlling the technical condition of properties
• Supervising the execution of maintenance, repair, and investment works
• Preparing and conducting tender processes for fit-out works and other technical projects
• Collaborating with legal and procurement departments to negotiate contract terms with contractors
• Verifying cost estimates and technical budgets for renovation, fit-out and modernization works
• Supporting modernization and renovation projects
• Controlling and archiving technical documentation related to properties
• Collaboration with key stakeholders

Our requirements

• Technical education (e.g., civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field)
• Knowledge of building installation systems (HVAC, BMS, electrical, plumbing)
• Experience in analyzing cost estimates and conducting tender processes will be an advantage
• Ability to analyze technical documentation and reports
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good working knowledge of English
