Your responsibilities, Power BI Solutions & Delivery, •Lead end-to-end Power BI projects - from discovery to final delivery, •Design and optimize scalable, insightful dashboards for business users, •Build efficient data models using best practices in dimensional modeling and DAX, •Develop and maintain a well-structured Power BI Service environment, •Implement CI/CD pipelines for Power BI using Azure DevOps or GitHub, •Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Architects to deliver complete solutions, , Client Collaboration, •Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, •Help clients adopt, scale, and optimize Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platforms, •Communicate complex insights clearly - both to business stakeholders and technical teams, , Knowledge Sharing & Growth, •Act as a mentor for mid-level and junior Power BI developers - supporting them in areas like DAX, modeling, performance tuning, and report optimization, •Share best practices across the team, especially around data modeling, governance, and scalable dashboard design, •Take part in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, promote continuous learning, and bring practical solutions to real challenges, •Contribute to the development of our internal Power BI community and help shape how we grow as a team of experts

You know how to simplify complexity and move things forward., , Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:, , Technical Skills, •Advanced Power BI development skills with a focus on performance and scalable architecture, •Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and building complex, interactive visualizations, •Experience with Power BI Service and Report Server administration, publishing, and security management, •Solid SQL skills and experience working with cloud/on-prem databases (e.g. Azure SQL, SQL Server, Databricks), •Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and tools like Tabular Editor, •Understanding of data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory or SSIS, •Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for Power BI deployments using DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub), , People & Communication Skills, •Comfortable gathering and refining requirements through workshops and continuous feedback, •Skilled at translating complex business needs into practical, understandable data solutions, •Confident communicator – both with technical teams and business stakeholders, •Passionate about mentoring others, especially in areas like DAX, modeling, and report optimization, •Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken, , Optional, •Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Tabular Editor, and enterprise-scale data environments, •Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Jira), Power BI governance frameworks, •Exposure to GCP, Looker, or other modern BI tools
