POSITION DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing current finance processes and mapping them to the new system
• Working closely with the IT team and the SSC management on correct design of the finance and operations flows
• Documenting processes and flow diagrams
• Delivering end user training
• Suggesting and applying set up changes to enable most efficient reporting
• Liaising with the business and project teams to understand and refine requirements
• Incorporating tools and applications enhancing D365
• Provide support during various test cycles (for new system implementations)
• Coordination between finance (controlling + accounting) and IT
• Data analyst: understanding of the structure of the D365 data EMEA region

Key Requirements:

• Good functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience working in a Business Analyst or Functional role
• Good finance and accounting background
• Excellent engagement and communication skills
• Great problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations
• Fluent English, other languages (French) will be an asset
