Twój zakres obowiązków

• People management of all Operations/Site Team
• Daily planning of contractors’ activities relating to operation and maintenance
• Developing operational plans and processes (especially in the area of HV (verification and approval of switching plans, acting as Senior Authorised Person, etc.)
• Knowledge and practical application of WESR in the offshore wind projects
• Preparing project documentation, including documentation relating to quality, HSE, and environmental protection, as well as technical documentation concerning high-voltage (HV) installations and the annual inspection plans for the asset
• Overall responsibility for maintaining assets in good operational and technical condition, including during the commissioning phase, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance
• Alignment with Local Stakeholders and O&M Contractors (WTG and BoP) on all planned activities and associated risks
• Oversee the work performed (scheduled and unscheduled maintenance) by O&M Contractors and other operational activities at Site with attention to budget, HSE, Security and Quality
• Ensure reports, forecasts, procedures (e.g. RAMS, LOTO etc.) are provided and that all applicable meetings and reviews are carried out in alignment with the site yearly wheel
• Cooperate with HSE Manager for all HSE related activities on the Assets (Reviewing and supporting implementation of HSE, emergency response, etc)
• Cooperate with Security Officer for all Asset related security activities
• Overall responsible for the Operations team incl. Technical, OCC, MCC, Warehouse, customs, marine logistics for all daily activities
• Operational first point of contact for Local Stakeholders, the Port and O&M Contractors Site Personnel

Nasze wymagania

• 5+ years experience as Site/Operation Manager or similar role in offshore or onshore wind (Experience in the offshore wind sector would be an asset)
• Previous experience in the roles of Site/Operations Manager or Team Leader or Service Manager or HV Project Manager
• Fluent English and Polish language
• Good communications and organizations skills
• Driving License cat. B
• The need to go on frequent business trips
