Your responsibilities, driving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes, and enhancing or launching new tools, overviewing product cost and budget as well as managing of the external staff including procurement and provider management, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions, implementing changes and configuring system, partnering with all stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring that the product team delivers capabilities on time, on budget and per expectation, close collaboration with IT Project Manager responsible for project enhancing products you are responsible from a product management perspective, managing delivery processes including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing, working across teams and global locations in a seamless way to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization, monitoring and evaluating product compliance and performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement, setting up strategical product architecture based on the requirements and standards of Munich Re Group

fluency in Business English, a university degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar qualification, good understanding of risk management, compliance and legal applications, hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, SQL, cloud computing, and Azure DevOps, demonstrated knowledge and experience with Product and Project Management, including financial and stakeholder management, experience with ITIL processes to collaborate with infrastructure, operations, solution, and technical architecture, ability to run product enhancements or development projects, familiarity with analytical and concept work regarding complex application operation landscapes and architectures, assertiveness, self-organized, and proactive attitude, target-orientation and willingness to learn, distinct planning, organizational, and negotiation skills, as well as good mediator skills, knowledge of the entire software development, product, and project life cycles acquired in various positions (project management, requirements engineering, consulting, etc.)

Optional, German language proficiency, business analysis skills, familiarity with Scrum methodology, experience working in a global team

About the role, As a Senior Product Manager, you will manage risk and records management products, shaping the roadmap, overseeing the product lifecycle, and ensuring compliance, performance, stability, and cost efficiency. You will also lead related IT projects for smaller products.
