Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud OR a strong background in Cloud Data Engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a desire to cross-train into the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong proficiency in SQL is a must
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data transformation
- Understanding technical concepts such as API integrations, data transformation ( ETL ) concepts, data modeling , and technical architecture.
- Experience working with complex marketing or customer datasets (B2B/B2C) , specifically regarding identity resolution, segmentation, or unified customer profiles (CDP concepts).
- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem technologies
- Proactive personality with an analytical mindset, able to create insights based on client requirements
- Business Analysis – ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Client-facing experience – ability to interact with clients to discuss requirements and present solutions
- Very good written and spoken English , with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Eligibility to work in Poland (EU citizenship or valid work permit) is required.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with other specific Salesforce Clouds: Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding modern data and marketing technologies, especially Customer Data Platforms.
- Experience consolidating data from disparate sources (Web, Mobile, CRM) into a unified profile.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, etc.).
- Prior experience working in a consultancy agency environment
