Required Skills and Experience : 4+ years of hands on experience in Change Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM), or Transformation roles, with exposure to large scale, global initiatives Strong experience leading change programs in digital transformation, ERP, BPM, GBS, GCC, or consulting environments Proven ability to design and execute change strategies covering communication, training, stakeholder management, and adoption Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work across matrix organizations Strong consulting skills, including problem solving, analytical thinking, and structured delivery orientation Experience working alongside project and program management teams in complex, multi workstream environments Familiarity with change management frameworks Fluent English (written and spoken) Change Manager We are looking for a Change Manager who will focus primarily on strategic design, organizational readiness, and educational architectures. You won't have to worry about the technical configuration of the system—in this area, you will closely collaborate with a dedicated platform setup team, ensuring that the technology aligns perfectly with the needs of both the people and the business. Key Responsibilities:Analyzing the impact of the implemented solution on business processes, taking into account the specifics and standards of the SaaS platform architecture. Monitoring and evaluating organizational readiness and employee sentiment at key milestones of the cloud project lifecycle. Building, developing, and operationally supporting an internal network of change champions and influencers within the client's structures. Coordinating and executing the communication strategy focused on effectively addressing the standard configuration constraints of the cloud system. Designing resistance mitigation mechanisms and preparing FAQ frameworks to support managers in addressing team concerns. Creating persona-based learning paths and contextual, process-oriented training materials that complement the SaaS vendor’s standard library. Designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs as well as analytics methodologies to measure system adoption during the Hypercare phase.
