Senior FP&A Analyst
Antal
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar area
- Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP, D365)
- Experience with reporting or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way
- Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Location: Gdańsk
We work: Hybrid (3 days from office per week)

Senior FP&A Analyst
We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional who is ready to take ownership of financial planning and reporting processes and support senior leadership with valuable business insights. This role offers strong exposure to strategic decision-making and close cooperation with international stakeholders.

- Preparing and delivering management reports with clear insights on business performance, trends, and risks
- Supporting senior stakeholders with financial analysis and recommendations
- Leading forecasting and planning processes and ensuring their accuracy and efficiency
- Creating presentations for leadership, translating financial data into clear conclusions
- Analyzing financial results and identifying key drivers and variances
- Improving reporting processes and introducing automation where possible
- Working closely with Finance Business Partners and other teams to ensure alignment across the organization
