Senior/Lead QA & DevOps Engineer

Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to drive QA strategy implementation in a complex, multi-environment setup. This is a highly independent, hands-on role requiring strong ownership and collaboration with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build automated UI/API tests (Robot Framework)
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Design risk-based test coverage and support business flow definition
• Set up observability (Grafana dashboards) as a quality gate
• Work in a HPC multi-cluster environment (Lmod, shared filesystem)
• Implement baseline testing, monitoring, and repeatable pipelines
• Support contract testing (Pact / Spring Cloud Contract)
• Collaborate with distributed teams and work on remote Linux systems

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior QA Engineer
• Hands-on with Robot Framework, CI/CD, Grafana
• Experience with Linux environments & distributed systems
• Independent, proactive, and analytical mindset
