Your responsibilities

• MUST – drafting and/or review of contracts;
• MUST – provision of legal advice in the field of civil law, ‘commercial’ law and ‘new technologies’ law;
• Giving opinions on the content of software licenses;
• Performing administrative tasks related to the functioning of the legal department.

Our requirements

• A minimum of three years' experience in a similar position in a private sector company or in a law firm providing services to companies;
• Very good knowledge of civil law, ‘commercial law, and the Law on Copyright and Related Rights;
• At least an applicant in second year of BAR training.
• Very good knowledge of English (C1-C2), including legal terminology to enable fluent communication and drafting of documents;
• Pro-activity, good organization of work, self-reliance;
• Ability to work in a team and under time pressure;
• Ability to formulate thoughts concisely and to communicate in a simple and clear manner;
