Your responsibilities

• managing the team's budget and allocating resources effectively to maximize efficiency and performance
• identifying, analyzing, and resolving team performance and morale challenges proactively
• monitoring work quality and implementing quality assurance measures to ensure high standards are consistently met
• leading and supporting change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes
• ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies while promoting best practices across the team

Our requirements

• knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) and German (minimum C1 level)
• proven experience in team leadership or a similar leadership role
• experience in customer service environment
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to setting clear goals and motivating team members effectively
• ability to solving problems and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• strong organizational and time management skills
• ability to handling pressure and remaining calm in challenging situations
• knowledge of performance evaluation processes and management principles
• very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• degree in management or training in team leadership as an advantage
