Your responsibilities

• Developing and implementing Business Readiness strategies for areas undergoing transformation
• Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring the impact of process, organizational, and technological changes on business units
• Collaborating with business, HR, training, communication, and IT teams to prepare the organization for change implementation
• Defining, monitoring, and reporting on organizational readiness metrics and the preparedness of business units for implementation
• Coordinating activities related to business acceptance, operational procedure preparation, and new ways of working
• Identifying and managing risks associated with organizational readiness and change adoption
• Ensuring consistency in preparatory actions across various project areas

Our requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing transformational projects
• Deep expertise in Business Readiness Management and Change Enablement
• Practical knowledge of change management methodologies and organizational readiness assessment
• Experience in conducting workshops and collaborating with management and process owners
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Fluent Polish
• Advanced level of English

• Experience in the insurance sector

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Readiness Expert to join a strategic transformation program in the insurance sector. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in developing a modern ecosystem for claims and benefits management that leverages data, automation, and AI. Your expertise in Business Readiness Management and Change Management will be crucial in preparing the organization for successful IT system implementations. This hybrid role (3 days a week) allows you to collaborate with various stakeholders and make a significant impact on the future of customer service in the Polish insurance market.
