Microsoft Fabric SME Specialist

• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
• Good understanding of data governance concepts; experience with Microsoft Purview is highly desirable.
• Previous experience delivering trainings, workshops, or educational sessions.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics and explain them in an accessible way.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with diverse audiences and business/technical teams.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Project Description

We are looking for a professional combining the roles of Subject Matter Expert, Trainer, and Adoption Specialist to support a long-term initiative focused on the implementation and scaling of Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview across the organization.

This role combines hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and the ability to design and deliver engaging online and onsite training sessions and workshops. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining practical Microsoft Fabric learning programs, creating new training modules, and ensuring high-quality educational content aligned with internal governance standards.

• Rate: 120-140 PLN net/hour
