Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist - Maternity Cover (18 months)

- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, either agency-side or in-house.
- At least 1 year of hands-on employer branding experience.
- Experience working with at least one ATS platform.
- Strong written and spoken English, demonstrated to a professional level.
- Fluent written and spoken Polish, demonstrated to a professional level.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of employer branding principles and candidate experience best practices.

The role
You will join our team at a well-defined stage - Our recruitment and employer branding strategy is already in place, and your role will be to take it forward. Through a comprehensive handover process, you will gain a thorough understanding of our current initiatives, project pipelines, and strategic priorities, enabling you to continue driving delivery with the full support of both the team and management.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for 18 months. For a high-performing individual, there may be an opportunity to be considered for a permanent role at the conclusion of the contract.
Please note that this is an office-based role which requires 10% business travel.
