Training Administrator (Sales&Service)

Your responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and update of training content, learning paths, and classifications in the LMS.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of the annual Academy training calendar and related newsletter.
• Help to plan, organize, and communicate Sales & Service training formats, including e-learning, face-to-face, live, and on-the-job trainings.
• Coordinate training logistics such as trainers, subject matter experts, facilities, and required materials.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to support training administration, such as room bookings, machine coordination, and training assignments.
• Prepare training materials and share relevant information with involved departments.
• Handle training-related inquiries via the central Weinmann Academy inbox and maintain the DGA pre-booking list.
• Support smooth communication with trainer teams and participating entities.

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with LMS and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Knowledge of Sales & Service training processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and process improvement mindset.
• Collaborative, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in German and English.
