Customer Service Specialist in Croatian and English

Description:

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats (Croatian market, automotive sector),
• Serving Croatian- and English-speaking customers,
• Entering data into the system,
• Diagnosing and resolving received requests,

• Commitment to high-quality service.

Requirements:

• Fluent Croatian (C1) and conversational English (at least B2),
• Ability to use the Windows operating system and MS Office,
• Communicative skills and a focus on working with people,
• High personal culture and customer focus,
