Platform Engineer - AI Supercompute Infrastructure (Networking & Systems) | Cloud & Engineering
Who we are looking for
We're looking for an AI Platform Architect & Engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and wants to build large-scale AI platforms using the latest technologies.
You'll work across the full platform stack—from infrastructure and networking to AI platform software —designing and implementing GPU platforms that deliver maximum performance for AI workloads.
As a multiple-time NVIDIA Consulting Partner of the Year (EMEA) , you'll collaborate closely with NVIDIA engineering teams , gain early access to new technologies, and work on projects at a scale few engineers experience.
This role is ideal for someone with 5–8 years of experience in platform engineering or infrastructure architecture who has solid hands-on skills, enjoys client interactions, and is ready to take on more complex AI infrastructure projects.
What we'd like to see:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in platform, systems, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong understanding of Linux, networking, Kubernetes or Slurm, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with AI platforms, MLOps , and large-scale infrastructure
- Knowledge of high-performance networking (InfiniBand, RDMA, RoCE, or similar)
- Comfortable working with servers, switches, and data centre environments
- Ability to participate in technical discussions with both colleagues and clients
- EU work permit
⭐ Nice to have:
- Experience with NVIDIA AI technologies
- Knowledge of NCCL , DCGM , iperf3 , perftest , or ibdiagnet
- Experience with container networking
- Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing technical role

Working alongside NVIDIA engineering teams , you'll design, deploy, and optimize high-performance GPU clusters powering the next generation of AI.
Your responsibilities:
⚡ Design and build AI platform environments—from virtualization, operating systems, networking, and automation to Kubernetes, Slurm, and containers
Configure and optimize high-performance GPU networking (InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink, NVSwitch, GPUDirect RDMA, NCCL)
Monitor and improve platform health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and DCGM
️ Own the platform architecture , ensuring both logical and physical infrastructure are designed and deployed to the highest standards
Lead technical discussions with clients, translate business needs into platform designs, and support pre-sales activities
Drive projects end-to-end —from architecture and deployment to optimization and ongoing platform evolution.
