Senior Data Business Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:

• communicating clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at the working and project levels
• supporting change initiatives by helping teams adopt new platforms, processes, and ways of working
• contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the data function
• collaborating effectively across Global Functions and OpCos, showing cultural awareness
• applying structured thinking to connect business needs with data solutions
• supporting data transformation by contributing ideas and improved ways of working
• sharing knowledge and supporting the development of junior colleagues and communities of practice.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Master’s degree or 7+ years’ experience in Data Management, Business Analytics, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field for FMCG companies or similar industries
• understanding of data management principles, tools, and systems, with the ability to design and implement complex data solutions
• strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on business–specific knowledge
• ability to lead business-specific process and data initiatives and drive strategic data workstreams
• good process management and risk management skills
• experience with most common data structures (JSON, Parquet, CSV, etc.), ARIS, SparX, Collibra, Ataccama, Power Me, Jira, Service Now
• good knowledge of Data Management practices and FMCG domains
• demonstrating knowledge of data modelling, data integration and data migration, data governance, data quality, and data integration principles and best practices

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• Databricks experience, basic knowledge of SQL.
