IT Infrastructure & Cloud Manager

Recruitment for, The organisation operates in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry and is based in Warszawa.

Your responsibilities, Lead and manage global infrastructure and cloud services, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence., Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, network, security, and end-user infrastructure services across multiple locations., Manage internal teams and external vendors, driving service performance, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement., Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define roadmaps, implement new technologies, and support digital transformation initiatives., Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements., Lead infrastructure and cloud-related projects, migrations, upgrades, and service enhancements.

Several years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or IT Operations management roles., Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, and infrastructure services., Experience managing technical teams, vendors, and service providers in an international environment., Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL), SLA management, and operational governance., Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills., Experience with security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and cloud transformation initiatives., Fluent English and ability to work with global teams.
