Expected, Oracle SQL, PowerShell

Your responsibilities, Solving and support to incident and problems, Support to change processes, Analyst task e.g. maintenance requirements to the solution, Acting as change manager for maintenance tasks, Stakeholder coordination and communication, Support to developers, Verification of changes can occur outside normal business hours

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or relevant experience, 3+ years of professional experience, with a strong interest in core banking, Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency, with the ability to simplify complex topics, Proficiency in Oracle SQL queries and scripts, Experience with Windows Server administration, Skilled in maintaining and monitoring applications, as well as identifying and troubleshooting issues, Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation, Knowledge of monitoring solutions for systems and applications, Basic understanding of IBM MQ, Advantageous: Experience with ESP/Kubernetes, ITIL Foundation certification, financial industry experience, Proficient in requirement specification (functional and non-functional) and stakeholder management, Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team, Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a focus on actionable analysis, Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English, Familiarity with tools like Helix and Confluence is a plus
