  • Installation, configuration, training, report writing, data migration and provide widespread support for the implementation of the FinancialForce ERP.
  • Assists new and existing clients in the implementation of FinancialForce platform and serves as the technical solution strategist or business analyst.
  • Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes and client technical environments.
  • Leads discovery, service or solution design sessions and develops key artifacts including, but not limited to process diagrams and concepts of operation.
  • Provides software training during and after the implementation process to achieve desired high-quality client service results.
  • Will collaborate with the Customer Success, Sales and IT Teams to ensure alignment of business priorities and inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
  • Focuses on details and aesthetics to support the customer value proposition (CVP), and maintains a strong, visible corporate presence at business and community events to promote the company’s CVP.
  • Working with remote teams based in India or other countries is a plus.

Requirements

Minimum Experience and Training Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or IT related discipline along with 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, or Salesforce implementation.
  • 3 year administering Salesforce and FinancialForce + Salesforce and FinancialForce certification required OR 5-7 years administering Salesforce and FinancialForce (PSA, FFA, OPI/SCM).
  • 2+ years of work experience in implementing or supporting FinancialForce software is required.
  • 2+ years directing program activities to meet client and work objectives and have served clients (vendor side) to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required.
  • Using Windows-based applications, including Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, Access, IM, and social media platforms. Salesforce and FinancialForce certifications are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, learning agile, and a problem solver.
  • Ability to work on diverse, cross-cultural teams.
  • Working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
