Your responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the brand strategy in cooperation with local and group global brands
• Media and digital campaign preparation and execution in close cooperation with the agencies (media houses, advertising agencies – ATL/BTL)
• BTL campaigns preparation and implementation
• Continuous analysis and follow up of market data, consumer insights, trends, competitors’ activities and performance measurement (proactive recommendations of the actions)
• Responsibility for P&L of brands
• Launch of the new products & brand innovation
• Strong cooperation with Sales, Trade Marketing and Controlling Departments as well as other functions in the organization

Our requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of brand management experience (preferably in FMCG/cosmetics industries)
• Open-minded fast learner with collaborative attitude, team spirit and highly developed interpersonal skills
• Individual with action-driven and result oriented approach who has high analytical&strategical thinking skills as well as creativity
• Master’s degree level in field of marketing, business or management discipline
• High communication and presentation skills
• Good working knowledge of office systems such as Power Point, Word and Excel
• Experience in the pharmacy channel will be an advantage
• Fluent English
