Twój zakres obowiązków

• Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, clients and customers while communicating with all levels of the organization.
• Assisting with the creation of marketing and sales materials.
• Generating and qualifying new leads.
• Promoting our products, managing projects for the customer and delivering top quality customer service.
• Providing training and creating training material for the company’s automated caregiving devices.
• Establishing customer needs & support requirements and providing such.
• Assisting with installation of devices, assembling devices, or making repairs.
• Handling sales documentation and invoicing.
• Representing the company during fairs and events.

Nasze wymagania

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with customers.
• Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English (German or Czech a plus).
• Ability to prepare documentation.
• Ability to work in a project team.
• Basic ability to read schematics and technical drawings (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic)
• Basic knowledge and experience with home repairs or renovations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Computer literacy (Office package).
• Driver license cat. B.
