Manufacturing Finance Analyst

For one of our clients, SSC of a global manufacturing leader based in the center of Poznan, we are looking for  Manufacturing Finance Analyst.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in finance/controlling within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong background in cost analysis, reporting, and financial planning
• Solid knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with P&L and manufacturing-related financial processes
• Very good command of English (min. B2) 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset, ownership, and business-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance partner for manufacturing sites, supporting operational and strategic decisions
• Perform detailed analysis of manufacturing costs (fixed and variable) and operational performance
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned sites
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities, including cost reviews and reporting
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with Site Management, FP&A, and other finance stakeholders
• Support internal controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements (including SOX)
• Participate in system improvements, transformation initiatives, and process optimisation projects
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to site-related and cross-functional initiatives
