Your responsibilities

• Defining, implementing, and developing new technological solutions within the organization in the area of products.
• Ensuring supervision over current technologies used in the organization.
• Verifying and updating existing product formulations.
• Creating new formulations and conducting technological trials.
• Leading projects related to improving and implementing new technological solutions and new products in cooperation with other company departments.
• Coordinating new product development processes with the Sales Department.
• Performing cost calculations for existing and new products.
• Reporting on the progress of ongoing projects and informing senior management about new solutions emerging on the market.
• Participating in industry trade fairs.

Our requirements

• Mandatory requirement: we are looking for an experienced technologist in the bakery industry, preferably specializing in bread, with experience in dough rheology, flour, and enzymes.
• Other competencies:
• Knowledge of product implementation processes and production processes in bread manufacturing.
• Understanding of the use of flour and functional additives.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.

Optional

• Experience in or high potential for team or project management.
• Strong decision-making skills and decisiveness.
