About the Company
Our client is a prestigious, leading global consulting firm known for delivering top-tier strategic solutions to businesses worldwide. To support their expanding footprint and dynamic growth in the region, they are currently looking for a high-energy, proactive, and exceptionally organized Internal Recruiter to join their team in Wrocław.
Role Summary
In this role, you will act as a key operational and administrative partner to the Hiring Manager, taking full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes on a global scale. This is a highly dynamic position managing between 6 and 20 concurrent vacancies across various seniority levels—from entry-level positions to C-suite roles. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being busy, and wishes to gain invaluable exposure to international markets.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Management: Driving full-cycle recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of roles, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
Global Talent Acquisition: Sourcing and managing recruitment processes not only for Poland but also for key international offices, including London, Paris, and the US.
Business Partnership: Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers, understanding their talent requirements, and keeping them aligned throughout the selection process.
Process Coordination & Administration: Managing interview scheduling, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless administrative handling of all recruitment pipelines.
Employer Branding: Leading initiatives to boost the firm's brand presence and awareness within the Polish market during lower-volume recruitment periods.
Strategic HR Involvement (Optional): Contributing to broader HR initiatives, such as onboarding optimization or people strategy, based on interest and capacity.
Our Requirements
Experience: We are highly flexible and open to various backgrounds. You could be a Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Researcher eager to learn, an experienced Agency Recruiter looking to move in-house, or a professional with a strong background in Marketing/Sales who wants to transition into Talent Acquisition.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: A genuine affinity for administrative tasks, process coordination, and structured work to effectively complement the Hiring Manager’s workflow.
Strong Communication & Sales Acumen: The ability to effectively "sell" opportunities, influence top-tier talent, and close recruitment processes successfully.
Interpersonal Profile: An extroverted, energetic, and highly resilient personality who enjoys high-volume workflows and multi-tasking.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with international stakeholders and candidates.
Adaptability: A flexible mindset required to navigate changing priorities in a global corporate environment.
