Your responsibilities, Overall planning and management of the SAP S/4HANA implementation program., Preparation and maintenance of the integrated project schedule covering all functional and technical workstreams., Coordination of project dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths across the program., Risk management: registration, mitigation plans, issues follow-up, assumptions, and dependency resolution., Organization and facilitation of project governance meetings, status meetings, and Steering Committee sessions., Project resource planning, allocation, and coordination together with delivery and competence leads., Project budget planning and control, including forecasting, delivery margin monitoring, and tracking of actual versus planned effort., Scope management, including evaluation of change requests and assessment of their impact on schedule, budget, resources, and contractual commitments., Timely escalation of critical delivery issues and preparation of mitigation or recovery plans., Reporting to stakeholders and management with KPIs, including integrated planning, dependency management, RAID management, and budget controlling.

10+ years of experience in IT project, program, or delivery management, including at least 5 years in leadership roles on complex SAP programs., Proven experience in successfully delivering at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation, preferably a greenfield, multi-company, or large industrial transformation., Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementation governance, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, stage gates, deliverable acceptance, change control, and quality assurance., Ability to manage complex, interdependent delivery roadmaps with multiple Go-Live dates and strict business deadlines., Excellent stakeholder management: managing expectations, negotiation processes, conflict resolution, and executive communication skills., SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or comparable certification., English C1+ and Polish C1+.
