Quality Specialist

At the moment for one of our client we are looking for a Quality Specialist. The role focuses on audits, corrective actions, quality management system activities, continuous improvement, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal quality audits and assessments.
• Support corrective actions, root cause investigations, and issue resolution.
• Perform analysis using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone.
• Maintain quality procedures, records, and document control processes.
• Track quality objectives, metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
• Contribute to quality management system activities and strategic quality projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Operations, or a related area.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in a regulated industry (automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing).
• Knowledge of quality systems, auditing, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to travel internationally (15-20%).
