Senior System & Data Analyst

You will be responsible for: Designing manufacturing data products and data flows from systems (MES, SCADA) and ERP into enterprise data platforms Leading workshops and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and shape solution design Designing data models, business rules, and documentation to ensure consistent and scalable data solutions Defining schemas, data quality rules, technical standards, and architecture documentation Working closely with business, IT, and operational teams to ensure effective data integration and information flow Supporting cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation Collaborating with clients to deliver data-driven solutions What you will need: 6+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, and integration projects within a consulting environment Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear technical specifications Experience working with data (SQL or Excel) Experience designing data flows, mappings, and solution documentation Understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data quality concepts Strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills Ability to work with complex and sometimes ambiguous business problems Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and business domains Very good command of English (C1) Experience working with an international clients This role is not for you if: You prefer limited or no client interaction You prefer to work strictly individually without team collaboration Nice to have: Experience in integration projects Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other industrial environments Familiarity with MES, SCADA, PI Historian, ERP, or similar operational systems Understanding of ISA-95, OPC UA, Unified Namespace (UNS), or industrial data architectures Experience using Python Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices Experience working in regulated environments What we offer: Learning & development opportunities – after your probation period, you’ll have access to a highly flexible and generous English language reimbursement program, along with an individual development budget to use as you see fit.
