Company Mecapole https://mecapole.fr/, looking for Operators on CNC Machines Productions are located in Saint-Claude (South West, Gers region) and Nogaro (Center East, Jura Region) in France. It handles technical parts made of solid metals (INCONEL and others) for the aviation and security sector (Tournage, Fraisage, Rectification, Erosion).

Our CN mechanics will be supervised by experts who will help them throughout the integration process to carry out the missions assigned to them.

They will work in exceptional conditions on modern machine tools, such as vertical and horizontal milling centers: MITSUI SEIKI, lathes: DMG MORI, as well as DOOSAN lathes.

Tasks:

Perform tasks stipulated by production documentation and monitoring plans, in absolute accordance with safety and quality rules in compliance with deadlines
Make sure that the controls are in good condition and properly calibrated
Quality records
Maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation and its immediate environment
Using measuring tools, check the compliance of the part with the drawings;

Requirements for candidates:

Secondary and/or higher education. Work experience from 2 years (preferably)
No bad habits, honesty, decency, responsibility, punctuality
Ability to work in a team
Willingness to learn
Skills in using control and measuring tools and design documentation;
Knowledge of parts location/from adjusting mechanical parts on different machining machines
Knowing how to manage parts with basic checkmarks
Experience with metalworking equipment and tools is welcome.
Basic French or English is required
