Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join our Prague office, which houses approximately 100 employees. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing our office's day-to-day operations and supporting our HR/Facility functions, ensuring both efficiency and workplace satisfaction.

Office management: Oversee daily operations, including facility management, supplier negotiations, and procurement of office supplies to maintain a productive work environment.
HR support: Assist in HR processes in collaboration with the local HR Manager, facilitating employee onboarding and contributing to a positive team culture.
Vendor management: Manage relationships with local suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in all office-related procurements.
International collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for our counterparts in the UK, Poland, Portugal, and Austria, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across borders.
Team assistance: Provide logistical support for the team, including meeting room bookings and addressing immediate office needs.

Required qualifications:

Proven experience in office management or HR support roles, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent negotiation skills and proficiency in English are essential.

Desired qualifications:

Experience working in a multicultural company and familiarity with virtual office tools.

The ideal candidate is independent, adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset. They should have a keen eye for detail and be capable of executing tasks with precision. Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with local and international colleagues are crucial.
