About the project, As a Senior Salesforce CRM Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the CRM and enterprise solutions industry. You will help build and enhance critical CRM functionalities, driving impactful digital transformation and improving client engagement strategies. Your responsibilities, Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable Salesforce solutions., Optimize existing CRM processes to improve performance and efficiency., Develop and implement new Salesforce functionalities following best practices., Lead technical documentation efforts to ensure clarity and maintainability., Establish and enforce coding standards across the development team., Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards., Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and CRM solutions., Proven expertise in JavaScript (advanced) and Java (intermediate)., Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM., Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and ETL processes., Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions., Core experience with Java and Spring Boot

Optional, Experience with Python., Salesforce or related certifications.
