Global Study Lead - FSP EMEA

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an experienced Global Study Lead to provide strategic and operational oversight of complex global clinical studies from initiation through close-out. This senior role requires end-to-end accountability for study delivery across timelines, quality, budget, and regulatory standards, with leadership of cross-functional teams and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and end-to-end delivery of global clinical studies
• Own study timelines, budgets, quality, risks and key operational deliverables
• Provide strategic leadership to global cross-functional study teams and drive decisions
• Oversee CRO selection, performance management and vendor escalation
• Ensure studies remain compliant with ICH-GCP, regulations and inspection-readiness requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
• Extensive experience leading complex global clinical studies across multiple phases and regions
• Proven end-to-end accountability for global clinical trial delivery
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and global regulatory requirements
• Significant experience managing CROs and third-party vendors
• Strong project and financial management capabilities
