Description of the department: Our headquarters in Warsaw has been chosen in 2021 as the base for the Nestlé Transportation Hub (T-Hub) in Central Europe, which is responsible for planning and executing transportation in specific geographical regions. Our goal is to simplify and standardize our transportation processes and ensure the delivery of Nestlé supplies. In the Dedicated Fleet team we are responsible to secure the capacity and service to deliver Nestlé goods to our sites as well to our customers across Europe, supporting our businesses.

Localization: Warsaw

• You are a 3rd year student or a graduate (preferred fields: transport, logistics or related fields)
• You are interested in developing in the field of transportation concerning the European network
• You are fluent in Polish & English
• You have a good knowledge of German
• You are proficient in using the MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• You excel in a dynamic environment.
• Your strengths lie in analytical thinking, the ability to connect facts and data, and finding solutions.
• You are skilled in organizing your own work effectively.
• You are open to communication with others, proactive, and bold in taking action
• You value teamwork but can also work independently
• Knowledge of SAP would be a plus

As part of the project, we will assign you the following tasks:

• Monitoring daily transportation activities across Europe
• Planning and optimizing transportation routes
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Analyzing and monitoring situations with the loads and vehicles
• Resolving operational issues through email, phone, or MS Teams
• Working with systems such as SAP, Transporeon, or Meracareon, MS Teams
• Preparing daily reports
