Position competencies :

  • 4+ years of proven experience in B2B sales of IT services
  • Near-native or native-level English ( C1- C2)
  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation and prospecting
  • Experience selling software services or IT solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets

Nice to have :

  • Experience selling software products
  • Existing network within US or European markets
  • Understanding of web, mobile, desktop, and cloud technologies
  • Experience attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events
