Your responsibilities

• Providing technical support to equipment users via incoming calls.​
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements

Fluency in Danish (B2/C1).

- Excellent command of English (B1/B2).

- Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

- Communicative, willingness to learn.

- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

- Preferred availability of around 120 hours per month; Project operates within hours Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, with scheduling depending on your availability.​

What we offer

• Civil contract with a rate PLN 60,00 gross/h.​
• Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.
