As a member of the Clinical Research Team, you will support the day-to-day execution of projects and collaborate with experienced staff involved in conducting clinical trials.
As part of this internship, you will have the opportunity to:
• support project teams with administrative, operational, and technical tasks,
• learn about the processes and standards involved in conducting clinical trials,
• gain practical experience by learning while performing real-world project tasks,
• collaborate with specialists from Poland and other European countries,
• develop your knowledge of the clinical research industry and the process of developing new therapies,
• gain insight into various areas of PPD and Thermo Fisher Scientific’s operations,
• develop your organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
From the start of the program, you’ll receive appropriate training and support from a mentor who will help you get to know the organization, its processes, and its work standards.

We invite applications from individuals who:
• are graduates or students in the final stages of their studies in the natural or medical sciences, such as biotechnology, biology, pharmacy, medicine, biomedical sciences, public health, chemistry, nursing, or related fields,
• have a very good command of English,
• possess strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• are curious about the world, proactive, and open to acquiring new knowledge,
• learn quickly and can thrive in a dynamic environment,
• demonstrate accuracy, responsibility, and good work organization,
• can collaborate effectively as part of a team,
• are available to work full-time—8 hours a day for the entire 6-month internship period,
• will work on-site at our office in Warsaw
Previous experience in clinical research is not required.
Postgraduate studies, courses, or specialized training related to clinical trials will be a plus.
