Senior Technical Product Manager (Platform)

Role Description

As the Senior Technical Product Manager for Platform , you will own the product strategy for the shared services layer that powers Constructor's learning and research applications. You will drive the evolution of Platform capabilities - including identity, data infrastructure, AI/ML services, and developer tools - into a modular foundation. Your work enables internal teams and external partners to build and ship faster while maintaining enterprise-grade security, compliance, and global readiness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision for a multi-instance, scalable foundation that supports SaaS and on-premise deployments
• Collaborate with application product teams to consolidate fragmented components and requirements into unified platform services
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies to inform Platform strategy
• Communicate Platform insights and recommendations to stakeholders and the leadership team
• Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritise new features and capabilities
• Drive a roadmap with dependencies across the wider organisation, balancing technical constraints with business needs

Qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years of experience working as a program or product manager for a platform, SaaS infrastructure, or API products
• Computer Science or similar degree
• A strong technical background. You are comfortable discussing API design, architecture, and authentication flows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience with developer platforms or platform-as-a-service products
• Experience managing AI/ML infrastructure or platforms
