In this position, you take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for Tech, Data and AI, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and a data-driven advisor rather than just a process executor. Your impact - Deliver the right talent at the right time while ensuring quality and cultural fit - Support hiring decisions using market insights and recruitment data - Shape recruitment strategies for key technology roles - Influence candidate experience and employer brand perception What you’ll be doing - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the Tech domain - Partnering with hiring managers from role definition to final hiring decisions - Providing market insights on talent availability, timelines and compensation - Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search and other tools - Conducting interviews and assessing both competencies and cultural fit - Managing the recruitment process and candidate experience end-to-end - Using recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes - Building talent pools and long-term candidate relationships - Supporting employer branding initiatives and representing the company externally - Experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house) – min.
3 years - Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment - Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search) - Experience in conducting structured interviews (e. g.
