Your responsibilities

identify, target and effectively engage potential clients at different stages, from startups to enterprise-level customers.
proactively qualify and reach out to appropriate prospects to create new business opportunities
independently navigate the entire sales cycle, leveraging your extensive business acumen and networking skills to build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and managing complex negotiations
collaborate seamlessly with the other teams, department Heads and C-level to ensure smooth project handovers and delivery
actively contribute to defining the team's strategy and objectives to align with and achieve the overarching company goals
participate in conferences and industry events to network with potential clients, identify business opportunities, and establish initial contact with new connections
travel abroad for meetings with clients, attend trade shows, conferences, and meetups
identify potential ambassadors and build strong, long-lasting relationships with them to contribute to cultivating a thriving referral network

Our requirements

+5 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record in client acquisition
experience in a software house, SaaS sales, or an agency in a client-facing role
a fearless approach to outreach activities and a proactive attitude toward driving business growth
high level of self-motivation and resilience, with the ability to persevere through challenges
ability to work with targets and under pressure
willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, conferences, and meetups
strong networking abilities, enabling you to forge and maintain valuable connections
experience in working with international clients
advanced English is a must (minimum C1)
