Responsibilities:

Establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers in the field of formwork systems technology (formwork),

Technical and commercial supervision of supported contracts (cost optimization, contract budgeting, preparation of replacement projects, etc.),

Comprehensive preparation of quotations for clients and conducting business negotiations,

Control of settlements with customers,

Close cooperation and supervision of the flow of information with other departments in the company,

Preparing reports on current activities,

ongoing analysis of the market and competition

Requirements:

Professional experience in a similar position (technical and commercial advisor, sales engineer) in the construction industry,

The ability to build and establish business relationships and negotiate,

Higher technical education (construction preferred),

active driving license cat. B,

Proficient computer skills (MS Office: mainly MS Excel, AutoCad),

Very good organization of working time,

high communication skills,

Analysis and strategic planning skills,

Ambition and determination to achieve set goals.
